Best Practices - CrowdSmart reports on the Summary Tab

Remember, CrowdSmart never generates an outcome based on documents of unknown and questionable origin. CrowdSmart leverages AI, but the ideas presented represent the collective intelligence of your team relative to your specific topic and situation.

In all cases, the actual inputs from your team are presented and results are based on your team’s best knowledge and sound judgement.  None of the ideas displayed are manipulated by the AI.

Recall that your participants submit Ideas based on the context you supplied. Participants then review and select the Ideas that are most important to that topic. CrowdSmart presents results from that collaboration in logical, easy-to-read formats.

Collective Voice shows us the ideas that best represent the thinking of the group. As such, collective Voice is the best summary of the overall mindset of participants. Collective Voice offers a query feature in which you can pose questions and, if the answer is represented in the collaboration results, the generative AI will respond accordingly. This Query capability is limited to the corpus created by the prompt responses.

Ideas Alignment - provides a detailed view of how inputs from participants aligned with the group mindset. The 2x2 Idea grid plots the ideas that were considered most important to the question at hand (importance) by the most number of participants (popularity) who reviewed them. As expected, the top right quadrant represents the most important/most popular ideas. Ideas in the idea grid can be exported.

Ideas - Lists all ideas that were submitted. Ideas can be sorted by Most Important, Newest, etc

Theme grid - The platform conducts cluster analysis on the results and presents a 2x2 grid of the themes representing all the ideas submitted. The Importance and Popularity of each theme are calculated based on the top three most important ideas in that cluster. Themes can be exported.
